Mazel Tov Ruth & Nathan!

It started with Nathan’s Bar Mitzvah 10 years ago and here we are shooting his wedding in Columbus!

Thus far, for destination weddings it might be the most elaborate and exuberant (and well planned)! Ruth and Nathan met in Israel while serving for the IDF (and Ruth’s mom even put the whole story into song for her wedding toast!) The Columbus Museum of Art was spectacular–and included a huge hanging Chihuly – a perfect backdrop for the couple’s first look.  The day included all the wonderful Jewish wedding traditions from the joyous kabbalat panim to the hora – it was a great day filled with family and friends and love.

Mazel Tov to the newlyweds!

Our photo studio captures all the fun and gives your guests a great souvenir to take home!  Our photographer helps pose you and makes sure every shot is a great one! Gorgeous 4×6 prints slip into a personalized folder and make a great keepsake!

The Hope Project

We’re always happy to support The Hope Project!

Founded in 2008, The HOPE Project is a partnership between a community of supporters in the U.S. and a community in Liberia, a country rebuilding itself from a devastating, decades-long civil war and listed as 4th poorest in the world.  This partnership funds a school that benefits the entire district of Gardnersville, Liberia.

Rising from literal ruins, Hope International School provides tuition-free education for 1,200+ students, competitive wage employment for 60 Liberians, clean water and a source of medical care for students and their families. On this night, we learned of the vast progress the school is making including many success stories of it’s graduates. Photos from a recent visit to the school  displayed throughout the auditorium, offered a glimpse at the positive impact on the students and their families.  The need is great, so hopefully with more funding, it continues to grow.

The partners and funders were graced with a remarkable performance by afro-folk singer/songwriter Naomi Wachira as they dined on an incredible meal prepared by La Teranga Restaurant.  Handmade chocolate truffles from Schocolat in Leavenworth topped the successful fundraising evening.
